United Nations report: global economy to improve in 2014 and 2015

5b619f9ca175761d04f47c550c9d4d04Global economic growth will witness a mini boost in numbers in 2014 and 2015 compared to last year’s levels, according to an economic report of the United Nations Conference on Trade and Development. The U.N. forecasts global economic growth of 3 percent in 2014 and then 3.3 percent in 2015.

Reports have it that the employment market and the U.S. real estate market continues to increase in its overall activity, according to the projected market data in 2014. The U.S. GDP will increase by 2.5 percent.

Despite the fact that the countries of Western Europe have already overcome the downturn, unemployment still remains a global issue and the true trend of economic growth has many uncertainties as of now. On the flip side, as for emerging markets, the report’s authors predict that in the next few years, China’s economic growth will remain at the level of an impressive 7.5 percent. The forecast also predicts 5.3 percent growth for India, 3 percent growth for Brazil and 2.9 percent growth for Russia in 2014.
